The Art of Preparation
- Sift 2g of matcha into your bowl
- Add 70ml of water at 80°C
- Whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy
- Adjust water to taste preference

For a traditional thick tea (koicha), use 4g matcha with 50ml water and whisk slowly.
