All Purchases Are Final Sale Due to the nature of our premium matcha products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason once the product has shipped. This policy ensures the freshness and quality of our ceremonial-grade matcha, which is perishable and best enjoyed as soon as possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item or quantity), please contact us immediately at thesaintcha@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order number. We'll evaluate and resolve it promptly—typically by sending a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We aim to make it right!
Non-Returnable Items
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, we recommend placing a new order while we handle any damaged/incorrect issue from the original.
Refunds Refunds are only issued for verified damaged/defective/incorrect orders (as outlined above). Once approved, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us at thesaintcha@gmail.com.
