The Art of Preparation

  • Sift 2g of matcha into your bowl
  • Add 70ml of water at 80°C
  • Whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy
  • Adjust water to taste preference
  • Enjoy immediately for optimal flavor

For a traditional thick tea (koicha), use 4g matcha with 50ml water and whisk slowly.
